The rationale behind the lecture will be to explore how corporations must start to place more thought and analysis into pro-active analysis of issues, their interdependency, inter-connectivity and complexity. It will also attempt to link up how issue management is at the centre of good reputation control and why corporations who invest in this form of analysis and communication with stakeholders are generally perceived to have a better reputation.
